The artistic world has evolved. Fans are more and more happy to contribute to the success of their favorite artists. However, not everyone is able to to assist financially. Our voting system is free and fun.

1. Create a fun Incentive

An incentive is an image created for the sake of thanking your readers for voting. These images can be anything. 

• Main character in a different outfit
• Different pairing that would otherwise not be available in the lore
• Work in progress
• Pinup Calendar Images using your cast
• etc.

2. Ask your fans to vote

Asking your fans to vote is key. The more often they vote for you, the higher your ranking. The higher your ranking, the better your visibility gets which translate to more readers visiting your content. 

3. Involve your fans in the creation of your Incentives

Incentives are meant to be fun. Ask your fans what they want to see. Grant them some additional content that they crave in return for their votes. There is nothing that says you cannot re-use the incentive images for your Patreon and other accounts. Just have fun with it.

4. Create a Q&A for an Incentive

If you've run out of ideas, why not create some Q&A for an incentive. Select a character or even you as the author and collect some questions to answer. Doodles are much faster to create than full colored images and a Q&A allows for the participation of the fans in your incentive. 

5. Update often

There is no magic formula. Some people are able to get tremendous success by updating their incentive images once a month while some update it weekly. The important thing to remember is to have fun and get as much help as you can climbing the ranks. 

Topwebcomics is pretty flexible. The only limit to what you can do with the incentives is restricted only by your imagination.
