Each comic has one or more pages on TWC where they can put a description, a comic, has a link to their site, etc. Many have asked for more than the top 10 to show their banners. Unfortunately that would slow down people's browsers and ultimately hurt TWC in the long run.
So in our constant search for ways to showcase comics, we've given a way to show off your comic a bit. Submit one or more comics, heck, you could put your entire comic here, whatever works, and when your comic goes live it has a good chance of showing up in the recent comics list.
