Since it's knot tying anyway, use macrame knots to cover the goodies so as not to offend the puritan sites. I'm pretty sure there's a subculture in shibari where you place knots along the rope to create irritation points ... for those who like a little erotic pain. That reminds me, I need to check up on Stjepan Sejic's Sunstone and see if it's updated.

Shibari with pasties covering nipples. A lot of the cosplayers with photo sets do that.

Sadly it wouldn't be enough, especially on Webtoon. I got an episode down because of a tiny panel with very pixelated breasts. They are very strict. I'll have to crop the panels and make Eliana wear at least a top under the ropes, otherwise I'll get banned

They are not worthy of you. Fair warning, Webtoon is starting to take some flak because of their policies. Quite a few Originals have stopped posting or just plain ended their comics because of unfair practices.

If you can't post the story on Webtoon, you should go to a site like sexyverse.com Your story seems interesting, but if you can't post stuff to continue the story the way you want, go to a place where they let you do it.
