Dandy and Company was always made as an “all-ages” comic, and as such, concepts like Dandy getting shitfaced weren’t really things that came up. Realizing that, while this IS basically a mini-Dandy & Co. story, it was being shown in my own strip that doesn’t have such self-imposed restrictions, meant I could have a little fun at his expense.

As for that cop, that’s totally nobody in particular. Just a super-generic shape. Nothing to see here. (Whistles uncomfortably.)
