I had a lot of trouble with this page! I keep getting too caught up in the details and then...when I shrink it down, it's not even noticeable. Ehhhh how do I stop myself from caring?!
I sure love drawing angel statues though, that'll be a theme in this new chapter! :) Maybe a couple of weeping angels for fun, too.

Maybe keep in mind the "level of detail" concept
The farther something is away from the viewer, the less detail it needs.
I love how you're able to make a mostly monochromatic background have so much depth! It looks great!
looks good … I think most artists are like you Christiane … most artists that keep wanting to improve... but a good thing to do is to put a timer... say to yourself "I'm only gonna spend X on this page" and go from there. Looks amazing. Welcome back!
