Not really an update, just a quick pencil sketch I did for my nine-year old niece the other day.
Not really my niece, either, because she's technically my second cousin once removed - only that's too much of a mouthful and we're much more like uncle and niece anyway.
Not really any relief from being constantly stressed-out and having no free time long enough to be of much use for anything like, say, drawing a new comic. It won't last forever, and you'll notice by my posting a comic some day. In the meantime I'll just stick around and randomly write comments to let you know I'm still there…
Looks great - there's so much energy and liveliness in your art, not only in sketches but finished pages as well. Hopefully you'll have enough time open up eventually to do more!
Thank you so much! I hope myself that I can steer my work situation into calmer waters some time, like not having to commute 400 km every week. It won't always be that way, only I couldn't so far change this situation as quickly as I had hoped to. Anyways: I'm dead set on finding a way to get some new stuff drawn, and I won't call it a New Year's resolution, because I intend to keep it. ;)
