The specific puppets in The Jimmies aren't really based on anything, except the Dookie Monster is obviously meant to be like the Cookie Monster. In general The Jimmies as a program is inspired by shows for little kids like Sesame Street.
Omegaman would totally crash/raid this teen drinking party, but he can hear _all_ of the things, and must prioritize which teen drinking party he's raiding, and also there's a kitten stuck in that tree in Montana that needs saving, and hey, a mugging, now to get back to dammit a train headed for a collapsed bridge, okay now - wait, how did that kid even get that thing _in_ there, what was he doing again?
